- Scouting Advancement and Merit Badges.
This site has rank and merit badge requirements and worksheets. It is a great
place to start when working on or choosing merit badges.
- A merit badge evaluation
site This is a great aid in helping select the merit badges that are the right
level of difficulty for younger scouts.
- Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook: For those scouts currently working on their Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project, you can
download a copy of the workbook in Microsoft Word format (suggested if you are going to type your information
in to the Workbook on a computer). We strongly suggest you use a different type face than the one
used in the book so that your Review Board can easily see what you added. The type face used by the
Workbook is "Times New Roman". For those who just need
a paper copy, you may wish to download either the Word or the
PDF version.
- Ongoing Merit Badge Development.
- Merit Badge Councilors
There are many adults in the Troop who serve as merit badge councilors. The complete
list is online.

Ongoing Advancement
Each week our troup tries to spend about 30 minutes of our meeting working on rank advancement
for those scouts who have not yet reached First Class. Please remember to bring your Boy
Scout Handbook with you. Also bring anything you might need to work on advancement.
- Scouts who have achieved First Class will be encouraged to attend the Merit Badge classes being
presented by merit badge concilors each week.
